We understand that getting stuck on the side of the road due to a flat tire, in need of a jumpstart, locking your keys inside of your car, and running out of gas could be scary, and an inconvenience. So we strive for a quick and prompt response to your location to get you back on the road. Since 2013, Metropolis Roadside Service has been providing flat tire changes, jumpstarts, fuel deliveries, and lockouts. Newer model vehicles are designed to make any attempt to unlock the door without the proper key a most difficult task. Metropolis Roadside Service technicians are trained to assist you with the use of special tools. We have a 98% entry rate however, there is no guarantee that access will be gained. Please be advised roadside technicians are not locksmiths. 

Your service request covers all requested emergency services listed under Roadside Service. These services are flat tire changes, lockouts, jumpstarts, and fuel deliveries. Service is available to the customer whose name appears on an emergency service request, or a person permitted by the vehicle owner.

SAFETY:

Please make sure you park your car in a safe location, this is for your safety as well as our drivers safety. So pulling over to the right as far as you can but never stopping in an active lane. Our drivers will not be transporting customer's to their disabled vehicle, or transporting customer's after service has been rendered; this is done for the saftey of our drivers. Metropolis Roadside Service apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause. 

SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS:

Heavy service demands during severe weather may cause delays. In such circumstances, Metropolis Roadside Service reserves the right to limit service to the nearest available place of safety. If your vehicle is already in a safe place, such as a private or public garage or driveway, Metropolis Roadside Service reserves the right to service the vehicle only after the heavy demand and/or weather condition has lessened or passed.

SERVICE EXCLUSIONS:

SERVICE WILL NOT BE DONE IF THE DRIVER SUSPECTS THE CUSTOMER OF BEING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.

Additional trips on any one call, including re-visits to residences where the customer is not present. You must be present for your vehicle to be serviced. 

Service will not be done to a vehicle purposely driven into an area not regularly travelled or that cannot be reached safely, such as vacant lots, open fields, beaches, impassable private or recreational roads, yards, construction sites, and muddy or snow-filled driveways/alleys. Metropolis Roadside Service representatives will NOT shovel snow.

CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY:

If your car is park in a municipal parking lot please note that these costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note: We do not Service high end vehicles such as but not limited to Maserati, Tesla, Porsche, Jaguar, Maybach, BMW i8, Mercedes G wagon, Audi R series, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Alfa Romeo etc.
